When using XcooBee you can access assistance in two ways.

Screen Tours

Screen tours are the pieces of information that are displayed to as you login the first time. XcooBee will explain its main features, and you can navigate back and forth while the parts that are being explained are highlighted.

You can repeat the screen tours that are available on the main dashboard and on any other screen via clicking the question-mark icon on the top navigation bar.

Videos Tutorials

In addition to screen tours, we are also developing a library of video tutorials. This is available via Youtube.

At the bottom right corner of your screen you have a feedback button that will send us a message. You can use it when in trouble to let us know what issues you run into.
